Can I add Suggested Technical Service Dependencies Manually?

Hello,

Can I add “Suggested Technical Dependencies” manually? I know how to add Technical Dependencies but that’s not what I want. I want my service with some suggested technical dependencies just like in the picture I attached. Can I add that manually?
